1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Drillion Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Drillion Media provides media buying, digital marketing strategy, and affiliate partnership services. We operate as a performance marketing agency focused on delivering measurable results across multiple advertising platforms.

3. User Obligations

When engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-client basis through service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Ad spend budgets are managed separately from service fees
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Affiliate Partnership Terms

For affiliate partners participating in our network:

  • Commissions are paid according to agreed schedules
  • Fraudulent traffic or conversions result in immediate termination
  • Partners must comply with all applicable advertising regulations
  • We reserve the right to modify commission structures with notice

6. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, strategies, and creative assets developed by Drillion Media remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Clients receive usage rights for campaign purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, campaign strategies, performance data, and business processes disclosed during the course of our partnership.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drillion Media shall not be liable for:

  • Platform policy changes affecting campaign performance
  • Third-party service interruptions or failures
  • Market conditions impacting advertising costs
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 90 days.

9. Performance Expectations

While we deploy data-driven strategies to maximize results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Campaign performance depends on numerous factors including market conditions, creative quality, offer competitiveness, and platform algorithms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate partnerships involving fraudulent activity, non-payment, or breach of terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
